At Dax Art Studio, we offer two easy and efficient ways to keep your boards updated and looking their best:
Reorder Plates and Recycle Plates.
Both options are designed to save time, reduce costs, and maintain the high-quality standards your organization deserves.
Our studio has the original material and metallic colors for the new boards. We also have the magnet template, ensuring that when you receive the plates, the magnets are positioned correctly so installation takes no more than 10 seconds.
To place a reorder, simply send an email ( [email protected])
with the award category and the list of names to be engraved.

Do not remove the magnet attached to the plexiglass. Detaching it may cause the plate to lose perfect alignment.
When you replace an unengraved plate with a newly engraved one, the removed plate can be recycled for credit, as long as it meets the required conditions.
Below are the terms and conditions for the recycling process:
When removing a plate, place it in a small plastic bag individually to prevent scratches from contact with other materials.
Plates with scratches do not qualify for credit.
(Imagine if you placed an order and we used scratched material from another office—it wouldn’t be fair to you.)
To make the process cost-effective for your office, we recommend accumulating plates for several months before returning them.
Use regular mail to keep shipping costs low.
Once received, we inspect each plate and apply credit to your account for all plates in acceptable condition.
You may also recycle plates from previous board versions, as long as they are compatible with the new boards. The following two categories are fully compatible, and we have the magnet template to ensure perfect alignment:

If you paid online, only the shipping cost will be invoiced separately . Suggestion Just send the order without payment and we sent the completed invoice with the delivery fee.
When you place an order for new names, a proof will be sent to your email for spelling verification. Once we receive your confirmation, the order will move into production.
